Updated 12/09/2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Luxe Valet Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website at luxevaletservices.com (the “Site”), enquire about our services, or use our valet parking services in person.

Luxe Valet Services is a trading name of SKYLUXE VALET PARKING SERVICES LLC, licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under trade licence number 1321700, with its office at Shangri-La Hotel, Office 508, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Give Us

When you complete an enquiry form on the Site, message us on WhatsApp, call us, or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide. This typically includes your name or company name, email address, phone number, the estimated number of guests at your event, and any notes you add about your venue, dates, or requirements.

1.2 Information We Collect When We Park Your Vehicle

When you hand a vehicle to one of our valets, we record the information needed to return it to you correctly and to protect both parties. This may include the vehicle make, model, colour and registration plate, the ticket or claim number issued to you, the time of drop-off and collection, the parking bay used, and a note of any pre-existing damage recorded at handover. Where an incident occurs, we may also record your name, contact number, and insurance details.

1.3 CCTV And Site Security

Some of the venues and car parks we operate in are monitored by CCTV. Where that CCTV is operated by the venue, hotel, or landlord, that party is responsible for the footage under its own privacy policy. Where we operate recording equipment ourselves, footage is used only for vehicle security, incident investigation, and insurance purposes.

1.4 Technical Information

We collect certain information automatically as you navigate the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 6.

1.5 Recruitment

If you apply to work with us, we collect the information in your application, which may include your CV, passport or Emirates ID details, visa status, and driving licence details. We use this only to assess your application and to meet our obligations as an employer in the UAE.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation for your event, venue, or contract.
  • To plan and deliver the valet service, including staffing levels, shift rotas, and site logistics.
  • To park, secure, and return your vehicle, and to match you to the correct vehicle on collection.
  • To investigate and resolve incidents, complaints, damage claims, and insurance matters.
  • To contact you about our services, availability, and promotions, where you have agreed to receive this.
  • To analyse how the Site is used, fix errors, and improve our services.
  • To meet our legal, licensing, tax, and insurance obligations in the UAE.

3. Consent And Legal Basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, except where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party, to establish or defend a legal claim, or where processing is required by UAE law. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by contacting us.

4. Sharing Of Information

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only in the circumstances set out below.

4.1 Venue And Event Clients

When we operate at a hotel, restaurant, residence, or private event, we may share operational information with the venue or event organiser who has engaged us, including vehicle counts, arrival times, and incident reports.

4.2 Service Providers

We use trusted third parties to help us run our business, including our website host, form and email providers, WhatsApp Business, and analytics providers. They may process your data only on our instructions and are required to keep it confidential.

4.3 Insurers And Legal Advisers

Where a vehicle is damaged, lost, or involved in an incident, we may share relevant information with our insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, and legal advisers.

4.4 Authorities

We may disclose information where we are required to do so by UAE law, by a court, or by a government authority such as Dubai Police or the Roads and Transport Authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.

5. Vehicle Keys And Access

While your vehicle is in our care, our valets hold your keys and have access to your vehicle. Our staff are instructed not to access, remove, or record anything inside your vehicle beyond what is required to park and return it. Please do not leave valuables, documents containing personal data, or items of sentimental value in a vehicle handed to a valet.

6. Cookies

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to website owners.

How We Use Cookies

  • Essential cookies: necessary for the Site to function and for you to move between pages and use its features.
  • Analytical cookies: used to understand how visitors use the Site, which pages are visited most often, and where errors occur, so we can improve performance. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for this.
  • Functional cookies: used to remember your preferences and choices.
  • Marketing cookies: where you consent, used to record the pages you visit and the links you click so we can show you relevant advertising.

Third-Party Cookies

We may allow third-party providers to place cookies on the Site to carry out analytics, embedded content, or advertising on our behalf. These cookies are governed by the privacy policies of those providers, not by this policy.

Your Cookie Choices

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent, and you can delete cookies already stored. If you block cookies, parts of the Site may not work properly.

How Long Cookies Last

Session cookies remain on your device only while your browser is open and are deleted when you close it. Persistent cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to websites and platforms we do not operate, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, and Pinterest. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties.

8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting, tax, and insurance purposes. Vehicle and ticket records are kept for a short period after the event or shift, unless an incident or claim requires us to keep them for longer. CCTV footage we control is retained for a limited period and then overwritten, unless it is required for an investigation or claim.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. Our valets are vetted and trained, and access to booking and incident records is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Transfers Outside The UAE

Some of our service providers, including our website and analytics providers, store data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard consistent with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

Subject to UAE law, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct data that is inaccurate, to request deletion of your data, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to request that your data be transferred to you or another party. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you may raise a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

12. Children

Our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
